Religious brothers were also involved in underground activities. Among those involved in the printing and distribution of underground leaflets was the Franciscan friar Maximilian (Eugeniusz Szelepinski), who received printing orders from, among others.
Educational activities were carried out in the farming community, which took the form of people's universities combined with community pastoral care.
